Yellow, orange and fiery reds adorn the Massachusetts foliage as the crisp, cool air overtakes the warmth of summer. In my small New England state, the days of sunlight grow shorter and shadows grow longer. Although the summer flowers and trees begin to turn brown, beauty is to be found in this cycle of nature. Whispers of renewal and change remind us that endings are a necessary part of the natural world’s unstoppable rhythm, preparing us all for new beginnings.

Just as the season change is beautiful, inevitable and full of promise, our students start the school year with the same attributes. The trees shed their leaves, letting go of what they have outgrown; the students are also in a new process of maturity, taking on new challenges with the same grace.

I encourage all students to embrace the new school year with a growth mindset that pushes you to step outside of your comfort zone and push your limits. Master a difficult subject, tackle a complex project or develop new skills; embrace it with resilience and determination. Learn to navigate new obstacles, find innovative solutions and build trust in yourself along the way. We are all capable of facing academic and personal trials with unstoppable fearlessness. The key to this success is to recognize your willingness to step outside of familiar boundaries and embrace your truly limitless potential.

Welcome to the 2024-2025 Academic Year from Ivy Global School

On a sunny and exciting day, nearly 600 parents, students, teachers, and administrators of Ivy Global School gathered for the 2024-2025 Opening Ceremony, both in-person in Ho Chi Minh City and online via Zoom.

The ceremony held special significance:
💙 It was a platform for Ivy Global School students to confidently shine and express their unique identities.

❤️ It marked the joyful welcome of our Kindergarten and Grade 1 students, accompanied by the encouraging smiles and pride of parents and teachers.

💙 It was the moment when the administration officially kicked off the 2024-2025 academic year, launching dreams and aspirations into the world.

This year's opening ceremony not only marked the beginning of a new academic journey but also conveyed meaningful messages about unity and support, respect for diversity, and encouragement of individual talents.

The cute boxes have been packed and are on their way to the new IGS-ers. The gift set includes: a polo shirt, a bomber jacket/vest, a mouse pad, a notebook, a drawstring bag/canvas bag, ... These will be our companions on the upcoming learning journey.

🎉 Trong tháng 3, sinh IGS đã có cơ hội được tham gia hai buổi trong chuỗi workshop của chương trình "My Borderless Best Friend".

 🌟 Trong buổi workshop đầu tiên, các học viên đã đi sâu vào khái niệm Netiquette (nghi thức Internet), học cách điều hướng thế giới trực tuyến với sự tôn trọng và trách nhiệm.

🌐 Ở workshop thứ hai, các em khám phá thế giới kỳ diệu của tình bạn, khám phá tầm quan trọng của sự đồng cảm, giao tiếp và lòng tốt trong việc thúc đẩy những kết nối có ý nghĩa. 

Trong suốt cả hai buổi học, học sinh được khuyến khích bày tỏ suy nghĩ, chia sẻ câu chuyện cá nhân và suy ngẫm về trải nghiệm của chính mình. 🤔 Thông qua các hoạt động tương tác và thảo luận sôi nổi, những buổi hội thảo này đã tạo ra một môi trường an toàn và hòa nhập, nơi trí tuệ trẻ có thể phát triển. 🌱
