Hello Ivy Global School Students and Parents,

I wanted to congratulate everyone on completing the first semester of the 2022-2023 school. Also, I am excited to announce that Ivy Global School’s high school program has been approved by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). This means that student-athletes attending IGS will be eligible to participate in competitive sports at all US colleges and universities. I hope everyone has a wonderful second semester!

On March 5, Ivy Global School held an experiential workshop with the theme: "Vietnamese traditional clothing", which took place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The workshop is in a series of extra-curricular activities that celebrates International Women's Day as well as bring interesting real-world knowledge to students and parents through field-based learning session.

The recent workshop was organized to honor the beauty of Vietnamese history and culture when interesting knowledge was incorporated into exciting activities and games throughout the session, such as:
💥 Distinguishing Vietnamese costumes from other countries in Asia
💥 Learning about Vietnamese traditional clothing
💥 Dressing up as ancient Vietnamese people

In this new semester, the school encourages IGS students to actively connect with friends from many different countries through the Cultural Exchange Program named "My BBF - My Borderless Best Friend!"

On February 10, 2023, Ivy Global School officially announced that the school's American high school program has been approved by the NCAA (USA). With this announcement, Ivy Global School students who have completed the core subjects will be eligible to participate in athletic scholarships at NCAA-administered universities.

The accreditation from NCAA has demonstrated Ivy Global School's ability to meet international academic standards. This is also a testament to the school's efforts to improve the quality of education.

Mr. Kyle Konold, Principal of Ivy Global School said: “After the milestone of Cognia accreditation in 2022, we have continued to mark another important one - being recognized by the NCAA as a qualified American high school program to participate to apply for NCAA athletic scholarships. Ivy Global School is making endless efforts to give Vietnamese students the opportunity to access a comprehensive American educational environment. We hope that with the companionship and early academic orientation, Vietnamese sports talents will have a competitive advantage over international competitors in the US.”

Along with this event, Ivy Global School also announced the IVY GLOBAL ATHLETE 2023 Scholarship. In addition to the scholarships, students also have the opportunity to receive a study abroad counseling package worth 100 million from IvyPrep Education. The total value of Ivy Global Athlete 2023 scholarships is over 3 billion Vietnam Dong.

Go Green 2023 – A volunteer campaign for the environment with the goal of raising awareness of the young generation about existing environmental problems, especially PLASTIC with meaningful solutions such as reducing, reusing, and recycling plastic waste. At the same time, the program proves the practical value of the business communities that produces products from plastic waste, as well as spreading environmental love to all citizens in society. The Go Green 2023 campaign organized by IvyPrep Study Abroad Center and The Cycle Vietnam Club will take place from March 1 to April 22, 2023. Let's join hands to spread the meaningful message by quickly REGISTERING to become a TEAM LEADER or VOLUNTEER of this year's program!

IvyPrep Social Project Development Program is dedicated to students aged 14-18 who have dreams to study abroad, especially in the US - A country with a liberal arts education that appreciates the extracurricular activities of students. The program is organized with the aim of helping children discover their own abilities, develop their talents, and practice positive personal values through social projects to solve problems in the community they are living in as well as care about.

Target: Students in grades 8 to 12

Training program: "Improving research skills for high school students" for 10th & 11th-grade students nationwide will be held every Sunday morning. Students will be trained by a team of reputable lecturers and advisors, possess at least a Master's degree from abroad, and have extensive international publishing experience!
